Liquorice Allsorts Blanket

I have been starring at this tin for a couple of months so when I was looking for an idea for a blanket it came to me a liquorice allsorts blanket.

    It's fabulous. I'm making a granny stripe blanket at the moment but it looks very different to yours, it just shows how colour can change the look of a blanket so much. I can't believe you're new to crochet, it's so neat. The bag you've recently made is wonderful, such lovely colours.

    The combination of bright pastels with the black stripes is really effective! I love the fact that they look like Liquorice allsorts! (but now I'm feeling hungry)
