Strawberries with Amaretti


While looking through my cookery books last night I found a recipe for strawberries with amaretti in Rachel Allen's Easy Meals. So while doing the shopping this morning I picked up some strawberries. I had everything else in so I had a go.
You need cream, strawberries, caster sugar, amaretto and amaretti biscuits

If you don't have amaretto or if you are giving it to children. I am sure you could use a small drop of almond extract to flavour the cream

 




It was quick, simple and tasted great.
